A Python CLI that collects live NVIDIA telemetry, validates fixture or simulated multi-GPU data, and flags device, temperature, and error conditions using configurable health rules.

Includes reproducible simulations for up to 1,000 GPUs, structured JSON diagnostics, pytest coverage, and GitHub Actions CI with CLI and Bash smoke tests.
